Weld checkers, also known as weld current meters, are tools to help you monitor your machines’ parameters. Resistance welding production environments put a great deal of strain on equipment and weld checkers provide invaluable data to ensure they are giving the required cycle time, voltage, and weld current.
Including a weld checker/current meter in your regular maintenance routine not only ensures weld quality, but also reduces potential downtime caused by troubleshooting.
