Standard and Custom Options
Threaded electrodes and button electrodes are available in standard sizes and nose configurations as well as custom designs.
Button electrodes can accommodate restricted or limited access applications and are much more cost effective than specialized electrodes.
Threaded electrodes have the advantage of having a secure fit and height at every cap change to ensure dimensional consistency in your welding application. Common sizes are stocked in both Class 2 and Class 3 material, whereas custom designs can be made in any material.
Huys TiCap™ Coating
Huys’ TiCap™ coating can be added onto the weld face of electrodes to improve performance and reduce sticking. TiCap™ coating performance is particularly effective on threaded and button electrodes.
