Huys supplies standard and custom shunts and cables to the resistance welding industries.
Shunts
Standard shunts are carried in stock. They are typically made with 0.005″ thick laminations and 1/16″ copper clips riveted in place, but can be ordered to your specifications. Also available with or without armour (a cover).
Cables
Available either water-cooled or air-cooled, cables can be made with a variety of terminals to suit your application. Different lengths, thicknesses, and lugs are also available should standard MCM sizes not work for you. Should you require additional elasticity, we offer extra flexible cables.
We can quote standard part numbers, but for custom shunts we would require prints/drawings. Please contact us using our online form.
